Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes, you may want to exchange a product. Our Exchange Policy is designed to make this process as seamless as possible.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase if the product is:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept exchanges for opened or used products.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at purehusn.com.com with your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Return the Original Item: Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the original product.
  3. Place a New Order: To avoid delays, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item while we process your return.

3. Exchange Fees and Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except when the exchange is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective items).
  • Shipping for New Orders: Standard shipping rates apply for the new order.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the exchange status. Approved exchanges will typically be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your item.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We will cover all shipping fees and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot process exchanges for the following items:

  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Sale items or items purchased with special discounts
  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
