At Husn, we’re committed to ensuring your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details. Once your order ships, a second email with tracking information will be sent.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Typically delivered by the next business day, if the order is placed before our daily cutoff time.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, and carrier factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

4. International Shipping

Husn proudly ships to select international locations. International orders may take 7–14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s status. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.

6. Undeliverable or Delayed Packages

In rare cases, packages may be delayed or marked as undeliverable by the carrier. If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please reach out to us so we can assist with tracking and provide any updates.

For undeliverable orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
